A lot of people think it is too good to be true or that there is something wrong with it. However, those that have tried it say it’s a great way to lose weight. You might be asking yourself what is the Natural Born Heroes Diet? It is a special diet pyramid created by nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios. She has been practicing the methods she devised for over 15 years helping people achieve the body they have always dreamed of.

There are several reasons why the Natural Born Heroes Diet can help you lose weight. One reason is because it’s based on the pyramid system. This system not only teaches you the right way to eat, but also the wrong way to eat and the best way to eat. This diet is broken down into five basic groups: carbohydrates, protein, fruits, vegetables and dairy products.

Foods Contain The Amount Of Calories

By knowing which group contains the number of calories needed for you to maintain your normal weight, you will know which foods contain the amount of calories you need. For example, vegetables are classified as a good source of carbohydrates while fruits are classified as a good source of protein. While dairy products are classified as a good source of fat. The Natural Born Heroes Diet pyramid system teaches you how to combine these foods in order to get the desired results.

The Natural Born Heroes Diet doesn’t just focus on one way to eat. Although this may seem limiting, it actually opens up more, eating possibilities for you. This is because you are no longer just restricted to certain types of foods. Instead, you can eat pretty much anything you want. Of course, it’s not going to be the healthiest option. But it is a much healthier option than many of the fad diets out there.

Pyramid Is Divided Into Six Parts

If you aren’t familiar with this pyramid, it’s worth getting to know. The Natural Born Heroes Diet pyramid is divided into six parts. At the bottom are foods that are simply bad for you (you can eat them, but you’ll get sick). At the top are foods that are good for you (you’ll want to eat them several times a day, but they won’t hurt you in any way). At the top are foods that are neutral (we’ll eat them occasionally, but they won’t hurt us).

Now, let’s get to the Natural Born Heroes Diet Pyramid! The first section is called “Protein Sources”. Vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, lentils and other lower-glycemic foods provide plenty of protein. Protein provides many essential body functions including building and repairing cells, producing hormones, etc. So make sure to include lots of lean meat (breast, lamb, chicken, fish), poultry (owl, turkey, chicken, etc. ), fish, milk and dairy products.

Next on the Natural Born Heroes Diet pyramid is “ggies”. These include vegetables (in moderation), fruits, whole grains (especially whole wheat bread), beans, nuts, legumes (like lentils or beans) and seeds. Again, stay healthy by eating lots of veggies and fruits and stay away from processed or fast food (unless you absolutely must have it).

Finally, we come to the last section of the Natural Born Heroes Diet pyramid. The final category, “Dietary Fats/carbohydrates” includes a variety of different fats, oils and processed products including those we cook with (if you often cook at home), snacks, fast food, deep-fried foods, chocolate, and more.

These unhealthy fat sources don’t provide much of a nutritional benefit, in terms of long-term health, so keep them out of your diet if you can. Instead, focus your eating on healthy oils and fats. Plant-based oils and fats are best, and they’re the only kind that will actually increase your chances of living a long and healthy life! Eat more of these kinds of natural fats and oils, and eat more fruits and vegetables!
